职位描述：
Requirements:
1.University degree in business administration, sales/marketing, hotel management or similar background is required, a MBA degree is preferred;
2.Minimum 5 years’ experience in the commercial real estate sector;
3.Track record of implementation of real estate development project initiatives;
4.Basic knowledge in corporate finance and good understanding of real estate project development cycle is required;
5.Must be highly self-motivated and analytical, with sufficient problem-solving capabilities;
6.Good interpersonal skills - ability to manage and make best use of relationships at many levels;
7.Good expression (written and spoken) in the English and Chinese (mandarin) languages.
Responsibilities:
l.Organize preparatory and pro-phase works for the Company’s various hotel development projects, and conduct hotel project feasibility study including market research, market position analysis, investment analysis, design standard analysis, etc.;
2.Manage investment, financing, and project development management relating to the Company’s hotel development projects in order to reach the expected operational or financing objectives for each hotel development project;
3.Organize operator selection and hotel management contract negotiations in accordance with the expected investment and operational objectives;
4.Coordinate technical services provision by respective hotel operators with the assistance of internal design and construction management departments;
5.Manage the outcome of various consultants and/or designers for respective hotel projects;
6.Lead research and study on specific issues relating to the development of hotels and draft ad hoc reports as required.
