职位描述：
【Group./Dept.】CDMA
【Responsibilities】
1. Work with the team on driving the overall definition of the mobile phone platform software architecture, deriving software requirements from 3G/4G mobile phone air-interface standards, hardware and software partitioning, Mobile phone software (L1/L2/L3) design, implementation, testing, and hardware/software integration；
2. Work with other communications system engineers, software system engineers, and hardware system engineers to support technology feasibility study, architecture evaluation, and product/prototype development；
3. Create IP (intellectual property)；
4. Participate in 3G/4G standards development；
5. Monitor technical developments in Asian carriers；
6. Manage project and team.
【Requirements】
1. Working knowledge on wireless modem control, call processing and data stack software design, implementation, testing, and integration；
2. Good understanding of wireless communication systems, such as cellular systems (UMTS, GSM/GPRS, CDMA, etc), or IEEE802.1x systems；
3. Detailed knowledge of C, C++ and assembly language programming, HW/SW interface issues, embedded systems programming, and use of RTOS or equivalent on real-time multi-tasking software；
4. Familiarity with ARM (or other uCPU) or DSP development platform simulation, debugging and emulation tools and lab test equipments；
5. Experience on lab test and field test. Good knowledge on wireless communication systems test requirement；
6. Understanding of computer telephony, LANs, MANs, WANs, VoIP, QoS is a plus；
7. Understanding of networking principles and communication protocols such as TCP/IP protocol suite is a plus；
8. The Leader must be capable of partitioning a complex task into a sensible design and project plan；
9. The Leader should also be capable of project management, project planning, and project schedule estimation and management；
10. Good English communication skill is required for those candidates who participate in the standard meetings；
11. 4+ years industrial experience for Ph.D or 6+ years industrial experience for MSEE.
